Here’s Your CRM Health Checklist

Implementing a CRM is just half the task. To make sure the system is doing the work for you instead of vice versa, we’ve put together a health checklist for you.

1. You Should Be Experiencing 50% Productivity Gain

If you’re not, it’s because there’s a lack of planning and strategy. Create a strategy and a set of realistic goals and priorities, clear budget, deadline as well as having a good understanding of what resources are available upfront.

2. Have You Been Upselling To Customers Based on Your Data?

Sometime ago Salesforce CEO, Marc Benioff applauded Fitbit, the wearable activity tracker company for its excellent customer service. After downloading the app for the device, he got an email from Fitbit asking if he’d like to purchase a“connected” scale that had more features than the unpaid one. With the data sitting in your CRM system, it’s time for you and your sales team to dig deep and see who, how and what can you upsell.

3. Get Response From Your Team

Just as important as your customer’s feedback are those of your employees. This is because they are using the system on a day-to-day basis and would be most familiar with it. Schedule monthly or bi-monthly surveys to check with your team on their experience using the CRM system. This way, if there’s an issue, you can identify and work towards resolving it before it hits a red flag.
