We were proud to officially bring ADAERO360, a 360 degree assessment tool, to the market. The product was officially launched on 7th October 2015 at Sime Darby Convention Centre by Sashikala Devi Gopallan, then Director of Corporate Communication of Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
The attendees that day were largely made up of representatives from the HR and training departments of various local and MNC organisations.

Daniel Liew is not a new name when in the training industry. With a background in Psychology and Human Resource Development, Liew began his career 17 years ago. Since then he has trained and spoken in more than 12 countries. Daniel who has used ADAERO360 for assessments with his clients, shared about how organisations can leverage this tool to derive better output and clearer points in identifying training needs.
