The role of HR may be overlooked at times, but it is essential for the growth and success of an organization.
They are responsible for developing the country’s human capital and recognition ought to be given where needed.
The Malaysia HR Awards — organised by the Malaysian Institute of Human Resources Management (MIHRM) — was started to fulfill this mission. Every year, judges who are HR experts would identify organizations that have initiatives/ practices that promote better work experiences for employees and that drives business growth and success at the same time.
The 18th edition of the MIHRM HR Awards which took place on Nov 15 last year was an exciting one for us because we were selected as one of the Silver Award winners for the SME Best Employer award category!
